Come join us for an udderly good time at the 28th annual Udder Century. Pedal (and steer…) along flat to rolling rural routes of 31, 51, 62, 75, or 100 miles through the dairy land of northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin .
Be sure to take breaks along the way at our strategically placed rest stops to refuel, refresh, and chow down on bagels, fruit, cookies and energy drinks.
After the ride, swap bike tales with fellow cyclists while enjoying a gourmet pasta dinner in our cow-lossal banquet hall.
What's a RAMBLE?
It is a Recreational Bicycle Ride; the RAMBLE begins at the Kenosha County Fairgrounds in Wilmot, Wisconsin. The available route choices are 12, 30, 50, 70, or 100 miles. The 12-mile route is family friendly with limited hills. All routes have SAG support and our famous rest stops are included. The 29th Annual BCLC RAMBLE pedals its way over rural roads which traverse the scenic lakes region of northeastern Illinois and southeastern Wisconsin. The terrain is flat to rolling. Just for the fun of it, we threw in some rollercoaster hills and a challenging climb or two. The BCLC RAMBLE is a recreational ride, not a race. Riders of all capabilities are encouraged to participate and enjoy the scenery, good food, and fellowship offered at the ride.

The Swedish Days ride is one of the premier century rides in the Chicagoland area. The Fox returms this year to celebrate the 41st Swedish Days ride.
The start/finish point is behind Central High School, near Burlington, Illinois (44W625 Plato Road, Hampshire, IL 60140 for Internet maps). From here all routes travel the quiet and scenic paved roads of rural Kane County. There is still only one stop light; even on the double metric route. The terrain is mostly flat, with an occasional hill. There are frequent rest stops, which will be stocked with beverages and various selections of fruits, breads, and homemade cookies.
